Attorney Daniel Dargon Daniel Paul Dargon, Esq. is the founder and general partner of Dargon Law Firm, PLLC. Attorney Dargon focuses on civil litigation related to the current financial and real estate crisis in the United States, but has handled numerous cases in the past related to criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, business litigation, landlord-tenant issues, and consumer protection.

Prior to founding the firm, Attorney Dargon graduated from the Franklin Pierce Law Center where he took a number of real-world legal clinics designed to help consumers and defendants. He successfully competed in multiple trial advocacy and moot court competitions, and was offered several clerkships upon graduation. He turned these offers down to found his own firm and help the “little guy” fight back against giant corporations and big government. Attorney Dargon lives in Concord, New Hampshire with his wife and son. He originally hails from Jacksonville, Florida.

Attorney Donald Lader Attorney Lader earned his Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center with a Masters in Intellectual Property. Attorney Lader practices primarily in the fields of bankruptcy, Loan Modifications, and Debt Settlement. Prior to joining Dargon Law firm, PLLC, Attorney Lader practiced in other fields such as employment law, personal injury, military law, and real estate law. Attorney Lader is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts of New Hampshire, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the US Court of Veteran Appeals. Attorney Lader is admitted to the New Hampshire courts and the Federal District Court of New Hampshire.
